Album, artist, and release metadata, including images, profile text, format and catalogue details, and external links, is sourced from Discogs under their API Terms of Use.
MusicBrainz
Release-group classifications, release identifiers (MBID, ASIN, ISRC), and first-release dates are sourced from MusicBrainz, the open music encyclopaedia operated by the MetaBrainz Foundation. The MusicBrainz fields used in musicbiog are part of the MusicBrainz core dataset and are dedicated to the public domain under CC0 1.0. See the MusicBrainz Data License for details.

Album and artist artwork, playback links, and selected release metadata are sourced from Apple Music via the iTunes Search API. Venue facts (opening and closing years, capacity, alternative names) and band-member facts (one-line descriptions, birth and death dates) are sourced from Wikidata, whose data is dedicated to the public domain under CC0 1.0. Venue photographs and band-member portraits are served from Wikimedia Commons; each is shown with its photographer, licence and a link to its Commons file page, as its licence requires.
